Abstract

Banks in the implementation of providing working capital credit require accounting systems and procedures that can improve internal control. Internal control has a role to maintain the company's assets so that the company's operational activities will continue to run, Rural Credit Banks that play a role in developing community businesses through banking services in the surrounding area. One of them is the distribution of working capital credit services which are expected to be able to increase the stability of the community's economy. The purpose of this final report is to analyze the credit provision system and procedures of PT BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih. From the results of the study, PT BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih already has a good System and Procedure in the credit provision process related to the function of the section, accounting records and documents used as well as the credit provision system network and internal control of credit provision. It's just that the staff of PT BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih have not fully carried out their duties in accordance with the applicable credit provision guidelines. This will affect the collectability of the credit provided. Therefore, a good and clear credit provision system and procedure are needed at PT BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih.
