Abstract
ABSTRACT Kembar Laundry, founded in 2018 and located on Jl. Kenanga No.6, RT.01/RW.07, Karang Geneng, Sendangadi, Kec. Mlati, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55285. This business provides washing services for various types of goods, including clothing, as well as household equipment such as dolls, blankets, carpets, and others. Kembar Laundry operates with two employees. Kembar Laundry's administration is still done manually and simply. When a customer comes, employees receive the goods and record them in a book, without numbering the goods so that goods are often lost and exchanged between customers. The research stages used include system, system implementation and testing. The black box testing results show that the system can run according to the expected results scenario.
