Abstract
ABSTRACT The library is an effort to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. A well-organized and systematic library can directly or indirectly facilitate the teaching and learning process in the school where the library is located. While the activities of applying information technology in one of the libraries still need to be more effective and fulfilled, the process of borrowing, returning, and fines is still done manually, and book data management is very difficult to handle properly. This research method will be used to build a mobile web-based library information system implementation in the SLB Negeri 1 Bantul library. This school library information system will be developed using the PHP programming language with the CI3 framework, the latest standard of CodeIgniter developed from the previous version using PHP 7 as the basis for developing the framework and implementing the model view controller or MVC design pattern. A library information system application is carried out by covering system design and interface design, which aims to facilitate users and staff in properly managing the school library.
