Abstract

ABSTRACT The trade service is a government agency responsible for managing and supervising trade activities in a region. Its main duties include developing trading strategies, market monitoring, trade regulation, monitoring unfair trading practices, as well as providing support and assistance to business actors. In the context of managing employee attendance data, the Gunung Kidul Regency Trade Service needs to update the system because attendance is carried out by employees whose job is to record attendance. The attendance data is then submitted on a scheduled daily basis in the form of a report. This process aims to be input into the computer system, and the results are used as an archive file for reporting purposes. The technology used to build such a system is PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor), Dart as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, Visual Studio Code as a code editor. The aim of the data collection system that has been designed and built is to make it easier for the trade department to manage the performance of employees at the Gunung Kidul Regency Trade Department with the involvement of renewable technology and the involvement of an internet network, the use of websites and mobile applications that have been specially built to be fully functional for the needs of the Department of Commerce.
