Abstract

WEBSITE-BASED GOODS RECORDING INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE HEUVEL TRIBE OFFICE DISTRO (Case Study: Heuvel Tribe Office Yogyakarta) Ferdinand Aldi Prasetya, Ahmad Tri Hidayat, S.Kom.,M.Kom. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl.Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email : Ferdinanddaldy@gmail.com, Ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Heuvel Tribe is a clothing industry company that produces various creative products such as T-shirts, hoodies, pants, wallets, hats, and so on. Currently, the company still uses manual recording of goods. This of course has several weaknesses, one of which is that it is prone to recording errors. This recording error can cause a difference between existing goods and stock items. Therefore, this practical work aims to create an information system for recording goods that can overcome the weaknesses of the manual recording system. This information system is expected to reduce errors in recording goods, thereby increasing data accuracy and increasing the efficiency of goods management. The result of this research is a website that can help the owner in recording goods because later the system will not only accept hard files, but this system will later be able to display results in the form of soft files. The aim of this final assignment is to build an information system for recording goods, which can manage incoming and outgoing goods. and also stock of goods.
