Abstract

WEB BASED PAYROLL INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: CV Galaxy Media Ilmu, Bantul Yogyakarta) Arum Aan Oktavia, Ahmad Tri Hidayat, S.Kom.,M.Kom. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl.Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : aarum5056@gmail.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT CV Galaxy Media Ilmu is a company operating in the field of book printing with its address at JL. Kretek-Siluk, DS. Blali, Rt.05 Seloharjo Village, Pundong District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The problem currently faced by CV Galaxy Media Ilmu is that employee data, absence data and report data are still separate. This research aims to create a web-based information system to integrate employee data, absence data and payroll data so that it is organized. The system implementation method used in this web-based payroll information system is carried out using the waterfall method. Due to the problems that occurred, a web-based information system was created that can be used to calculate employee salaries without having to look for attendance data one by one. An integrated system can avoid time-consuming manual activities such as searching for attendance data one by one for each employee, so that as a result the payroll process can be carried out more quickly and precisely, by integrating employee data, attendance data and salary data.
