Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to address the challenges in library management, particularly those related to manual processes that are prone to errors and inefficiencies. The case study was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang, which has a school library with a sufficient number of books and active members. Currently, library management relies on manual processes, resulting in slow data retrieval, service delivery, and report generation. Therefore, there is a need for a library information system that can enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management and services. This study aims to develop a web and mobile-based library management application for SD Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang. It is expected that this system will assist library staff in managing data more quickly and accurately, as well as improve the quality of service. Through this research, it is hoped that the library can play a more effective role in supporting education and community development within the school environment.
