Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION AND TESTING OF A WEB-BASED ELECTRONIC POINT SYSTEM FOR STUDENT VIOLATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS (Case Study: SMK N Pringsurat) Grahan Aditiya Waston Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: grahanwaston@gmail.com ABSTRACT SMK N Pringsurat is an educational institution with various technical majors such as Computer Networking, Multimedia, Building Design Engineering, and Wood Construction Engineering. Despite offering a range of technology-focused programs, the school faces challenges in managing student achievement and violation data. Currently, the recording process is conducted manually using conventional notebooks, leading to limitations in efficiency and data accuracy. In response to these challenges, SMK N Pringsurat has decided to develop an integrated information system for recording student achievements and violations. The primary goal of this system is to replace conventional methods with a more efficient, accurate, and accessible digital solution. Testing results indicate that the developed information system successfully replaces conventional recording methods with a more efficient digital system. Through the implementation of this system, SMK N Pringsurat is expected to enhance the quality of student data management, streamline administration, and support improved learning processes.
