Abstract
ABSTRACT A motorcycle is a two-wheeled vehicle powered by an internal combustion engine or an electric motor. Users of motorcycles are obligated to perform regular maintenance on their vehicles, as the various components of the motorcycle may experience a decline in performance over time. This issue can be mitigated through consistent servicing. However, motorcycle users often encounter lengthy wait times at repair shops, which can be inconvenient. To address this challenge, an online motorcycle service ordering system has been developed, utilizing an Android platform that allows customers to place orders without visiting the repair shop in person. This application allows users to schedule service appointments via their Android devices conveniently. The application is developed using Android Studio and the Kotlin programming language, while the database is managed through Firebase Realtime Database, ensuring that data is updated in real-time. Service providers can also easily confirm orders through a web interface connected to Firebase. In summary, this application aims to facilitate online service ordering for motorcycle users, thereby reducing the time spent waiting in queues. .Keywords: Android Studio, Queue, Firebase, Motorcycle, Service.
