Abstract

ABSTRACT NyemilHitz Official is a business entity that focuses on snacks from West Java and was founded about 3 years ago in Sleman, Yogyakarta by Marshal Yulianto. In the process of handling transaction data, this company still uses a manual recording method that risks causing problems such as data loss and privacy violations. This study aims to develop a data security system that can overcome these risks. The method used is Vigenere Cipher to secure transaction data and store it in a secure database. The result of this study is the creation of a digitalized transaction recording system, which is able to protect data privacy and improve operational efficiency by preventing unwanted access and reducing the potential for data loss.
