Abstract

ABSTRACT Sangpiatu Desa Maras Building Store is a business engaged in the distribution of building materials in Maras Village. Currently, the company carries out transactions for buying and selling building materials. The current goods storage system still has many shortcomings such as loss of stock data, damage to the list of goods that have been recorded in the goods book, and manual writing of building material and material data in double folio books which makes it difficult for shopkeepers to manage and check goods data in the store and the data is not stored neatly. This often causes discrepancies between the amount of stock recorded on the stock card and the physical stock in the warehouse and shopkeepers find it difficult to determine decisions on ordering goods due to inaccurate stock information. The purpose of this study is to find out how the current store inventory system is running and after knowing the problem, the author will design and create a computerized goods inventory system based on the web and mobile using the PHP programming language to create Rest API and Kotlin for mobile applications. The TB Sangpiatu inventory system application will be tested using Black box Testing with 100% results according to the test scenario.
