Abstract

ABSTRACT Mattress sales at CV Adinita experience obstacles in the transaction process and stock monitoring which are still done manually, causing inefficiency and potential errors in data management. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a mobile web-based mattress sales system that can facilitate transactions, stock management, and monitor sales in real-time. This system is designed to be accessible via mobile devices with a responsive and user-friendly interface, allowing customers and sales staff to make transactions easily. In its development, the system uses web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the frontend, and PHP and MySQL for the backend and database. The results of this study indicate that the mobile web application that is built can optimize the sales process and mattress stock management at CV Adinita by increasing time efficiency, reducing human error, and providing convenience in monitoring transactions and stock of goods directly.
