Abstract
ABSTRACT Child growth and development monitoring is an important aspect to ensure that children grow and develop optimally, especially in the early stages of their lives. Posyandu Puji Widodo II in Cilacap currently still uses manual methods to record child development. This is prone to errors, loss, and data damage. This study aims to design and build an Android-based child growth and development monitoring application that can facilitate parents and posyandu cadres in recording and monitoring child development digitally. This application is equipped with growth parameter monitoring features such as height, weight, and head circumference, as well as providing information and articles related to child growth and development. With the use of the MySQL database, this application is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data security, as well as provide easy access to information for parents. This study is expected to provide a positive contribution in facilitating child growth and development monitoring at Posyandu Puji Widodo II and its surrounding areas.
