Abstract

Pembangunan Sofifi perlu adanya peran pemerintah pusat sebagai inti pemerintahan untuk mendukung Sofifi menjadi ibu kota baru di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pemerintahan di daerah, pemerintahmemutuhkan sarana dan prasarana yang salah satunya adalah Kantor BPKP sebagai peran pengawasan keuangandan pembangunan pemerintahan di daerah. Pembangunan dan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana kantor merupakansalah satu wujud untuk melaksanakan fungsi pemerintahan yang berkualitas dan profesional. Denganadanyaperkembangan Sofifi menjadi administrasi baru sebagaimana fungsi tubuh pemerintah kabupaten tidore kepulauandalam rangka pengawasan keuangan dan pembangunan daerah. Kantor merupakan sebuah tempat pengelolahdatauntuk menawarkan sistem layanan dalam bentuk informasi dan pencatatan atau penyimpanan. dimana mempunyai fasilitas untuk kegiatan bekerja, serta terletak didekat kawasan area infrastruktur Sehingga setidaknya di dalamnyaterdapat unsur hubungan organisasi yang ditunjukkan oleh afiliasinya dengan kelompok yang dimana terdiri dari pimpinan,manager,karyawan. The development of Sofifi Village needs the role of the central government as the core of government to support Sofifi Village in becoming the new capital city in North Maluku Province. In carrying out government activities in the regions, the government needs facilities and infrastructure; one is the Office of the Financial and Development SupervisoryAgency (BPKP), which plays the role of financial supervision and government development in the regions. Developingand improving office facilities and infrastructure is one form of carrying out quality and professional government functions. With the development of Sofifi Village into a new administration as the function of the Tidore Kepulauancity government body in the context of financial supervision and regional development. An office is a place for dataprocessing to offer a service system through information and recording or storage, which has facilities for workactivities and is located near the infrastructure area so that, at least in it, there is an element of organizational relationsindicated by its affiliation with the group, which consists of leaders, managers, and employees.
