Abstract

Pantai merupakan destinasi wisata yang paling banyak diminati para wisatawan karena selain tempatnya lebih mudah diakses, persiapan dan kebutuhan perlengkapan untuk berwisata ke pantai lebih praktis. Pantai Anyer menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Serang, Banten yang paling banyak dikunjungi setiap tahunnya. Beberapa pantai yang memiliki potensi untuk berkembang menjadi tempat destinasi wisata masih belum terolah dengan baik meskipun begitu pantai-pantai tersebut seringkali di kunjungi wisatawan penikmat keindahan alam pantai meskipun kadangkala cuaca dan curah hujan menjadi pertimbangan untuk berkunjung diwaktu tertentu. Kunjungan wisata yang naik setiap tahunnya menjadikan rencana perancangan Beach Resort sebagai tempat berlibur dan berekreasi bagi para wisatawan yang berkunjung dengan memanfaatkan potensi pantai yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi tempat wisata dengan menerapkan pendekatan “Arsitektur Tropis Kontemporer” untuk bisa menciptakan kenyamanan thermal ruang dalam maupun ruang luar dengan desain bentuk serta tampilan sebagai daya tarik wisatawan untuk dapat menikmati waktu berlibur dan berekreasi dengan fasilitas yang di sediakan resort bintang empat. Rencana perancangan Beach Resort sebagai tempat akomodasi untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. The beach is the most popular tourist destination for tourists because in addition to being more easily accessible, the preparation and equipment needed for traveling to the beach are more practical. Anyer Beach is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Serang Regency, Banten every year. Several beaches that have the potential to develop into tourist destinations have not been properly developed, even so, these beaches are often visited by tourists who enjoy the natural beauty of the beach, although sometimes the weather and rainfall are considerations for visiting at certain times. The increasing number of tourist visits every year has made the Beach Resort design plan as a place for vacation and recreation for tourists who visit by utilizing the potential of the beach which can be developed into a tourist spot by implementing the "Contemporary Tropical Architecture" approach to be able to create thermal comfort for indoor and outdoor spaces with the design of the shape and appearance as an attraction for tourists to be able to enjoy vacation time and recreation with the facilities provided by the four-star resort. The Beach Resort design plan as a place of accommodation to increase tourist visits.
