Abstract

Kabupaten Bone merupakan kabupaten terluas yang memiliki jarak terdekat dari Ibu Kota Prov. Sulawesi Selatan (Makassar) yang memiliki potensi seni dan budaya yang dilihat dari keanekaragamannya yang dilestarikan dengan pengadaan event atau pameran yang digelar di berbagai tempat. Walupun demikian, kegiatan yang sudah ada selama ini memerlukan satu tempat terpusat untuk mengakomodasi semua kegiatan seni budaya yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Bone. Hal tersebut merujuk pada Perancangan Pusat Seni dan Budaya. Pada perancangan ini menggunakan 3 metode yaitu metode observasi untuk memeroleh data primer serta metode studi literatur dan studi kasus untuk memeroleh data sekunder. Hasil data yang terkumpul kemudian disusun berdasar tema-tema berbasis arsitektur regionalisme yang bertujuan untuk menyatukan konsep modern dan konsep tradisional yang dapat menciptakan ciri khas baru di wilayah Kabupaten Bone. Desain yang dihasilkan tetap mempertahankan ciri khas budaya Kabupaten Bone serta respon dari iklim setempat yang dapat dilihat dari tata olah massa, zonasi ruang, pemilihan struktur, dan ornamen. Bone Regency is the largest regency with the closest distance from the Capital City of South Sulawesi Province (Makassar) which has the potential for arts and culture as seen from its diversity which is preserved by holding events or exhibitions in various places. However, the activities that have existed so far require a centralized place to accommodate all arts and cultural activities in the Bone Regency area. This refers to the Design of the Arts and Culture Center. This design uses 3 methods, namely the observation method to obtain primary data, the literature study method, and case studies to obtain secondary data. The results of the data collected are then arranged based on themes based on regionalism architecture which aims to unite modern concepts and traditional concepts that can create new characteristics in the Bone Regency area. The resulting design still maintains the cultural characteristics of Bone Regency and the response to the local climate which can be seen from the mass management, spatial zoning, selection of structures, and ornaments.
