Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED CATERING ORDERING INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: CV Selvas Catering, Special Region of Yogyakarta) Muhammad Fadhli Annazhif, Adityo Permana Wibowo Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ring Road Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: annazhif16@gmail.com, adityopw@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Selvas catering is a shop engaged in the procurement of catering services that still uses a manual system for sales or data processing. In a system that is said to be manual, such as using WhatsApp as a medium for ordering, and Excel for processing customer order data. Therefore, it takes a long time to process the data, so there needs to be an information system that can help the ordering process and data processing. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation, the data obtained was in the form of a list of menu packages offered. The purpose of this study was to produce a website-based ordering system to make it easier for catering owners to manage orders and make it easier for customers to order. The research development method uses the waterfall method sequentially starting from analysis, design, implementation and testing. Black box testing carried out as many as 10 scenarios, obtained 100% success so that the system used has been declared feasible. Based on the design results in the final assignment activities that have been carried out at CV Selvas Catering. A conclusion was obtained, namely, for admins and customers to have their respective access.
