Abstract

DESIGN OF WEBSITE BASED ATTENDANCE SYSTEME (Case study: Gama Integra Informatics) Sultan Akbar Prakasa, Sutarman, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ring Road Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail: soeltanap@gmail.com, sutarman@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Attendance in a company is very important because with attendance control, the company can monitor the attendance of each employee. This attendance has a significant role, especially if it utilizes information technology to find out employee attendance effectively. In this study, data and information were collected through observation methods and literature studies to identify problems and needs for an attendance information system. The purpose of this study is to design and implement an attendance information system that is able to record and store employee attendance data properly. This final project research produces a system that can be a solution in managing and controlling data more effectively and accurately, so that information about employee attendance can be accessed quickly and easily and minimize errors in recording. This study succeeded in designing and implementing an effective and accurate information technology-based information system. The results of testing conducted by two people on seven website pages and 28 test scenarios showed a percentage of the system's success rate with a figure of 100% according to the expected target.
