Abstract
MEGADATA NET, as a local internet service provider, requires a more effective customer data management solution to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. The current manual recording system, which relies on notebooks, often leads to errors and delays in the data management process. This study proposes the design of a web-based management system developed using PHP, MySQL, and the Laravel framework. The methodology employed in this study is the Agile method, a software development approach that emphasizes iteration, collaboration, and responsiveness to change. The Agile method encompasses planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, and maintenance. The system under discussion facilitates customer data management, payment monitoring, and real-time report preparation, with the objective of reducing dependence on manual recording. It is anticipated that the implementation of this system will enhance operational efficiency and ensure data accuracy while concurrently facilitating enhanced customer access to information pertinent to their services and payment status. Moreover, the system is anticipated to improve customer satisfaction and fortify data security measures. Keywords: Wifi management, data management, laravel, mysql, information system.
