Abstract

Long queues at the Menganti Beach tourist ticket purchase counter hinder the provision of optimal service to visitors. This study develops a mobile-based tourist ticket booking application integrated with digital payment options to alleviate queues and enhance operational efficiency. The system is designed with features for ticket booking, online payments, and digital ticket verification. The research employs the Waterfall approach, which encompasses system requirements analysis, data collection through surveys and interviews, system design, implementation, and application testing using the black-box testing method to ensure that all features function according to predetermined specifications. The results indicate that this application can improve time efficiency in the ticket booking and payment processes, thereby reducing queues at the counter and increasing visitor satisfaction. The implementation of this system is expected to provide a more enjoyable tourism experience and support the management of Menganti Beach tourism more effectively.
