Abstract
Barack Laundry is a laundry service business located in Trini Sleman, a district within the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Laundry services involve washing clothes and fabrics using water, detergent, fabric softener, and fragrance. These services clean garments and help maintain their quality and durability. However, the current system at Barack Laundry faces several challenges. One of the primary issues is the lack of accessible information regarding service schedules, washing status, and cost estimates. Therefore, developing a mobile-based application for Barack Laundry in Trini Sleman is essential to address these challenges. This study aims to enhance laundry and customer management while increasing efficiency in the clothing ordering process. Additionally, the objective is to extend the accessibility of laundry services to customers. This development methodology includes several research stages: problem identification, data collection, analysis and design, implementation, and testing. The UAT (User Acceptance Test) results show that the application achieves an 84.38% score in the “Very Good” category, meeting user expectations regarding functionality, ease of use, and overall performance.
