Abstract

Perancangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Dinas Kebudayaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang mengakreditasi sepuluh kalurahan rintisan desa budaya yang salah satunya adalah kalurahan Madurejo. Perdais Nomor 3 Tahun 2017 yang menyebutkan bahwa pembinaan kebudayaan dengan ciri inklusifitas. Dimana masyarakat menjadi subyek dalam pengembangan kebudayaan. Untuk mewadahi kelompok seni, budaa, dan UMKM sehingga bisa meningkatkan eksistensi terhadap masyarakat umum serta meningkatkan ekonomi lokal terutama yang berlokasi di Kalurahan Madurejo, maka dibutuhkan pusat seni dan UMKM untuk mempromosikan produk mereka. Perancangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan arsitektur neo vernakular. Perancangan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aspek mtode perancangan yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah diatur oleh Peraturan Kemenparekraf, No.17 tahun 2020. Dengan menyediakan fasilitas kepada kelompok seni dan UMKM dengan tujuan meningkatkan ekonomi serta eksposur terhadap wisatawan di Kalurahan Prambanan. This design was motivated by the Yogyakarta Special Region Cultural Office accrediting ten cultural village pilots, one of which is Madurejo Village. Perdais Number 3 of 2017 states that cultural development is defined by its emphasis on inclusiveness where the community is the subject of cultural development. To accommodate art, culture, and MSME groups so that they can increase their existence to the general public and improve the local economy, especially those located in Madurejo Village, art and MSME center is needed to promote their products. The design was carried out by paying attention to aspects of the design method by the standards set by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No.17 of 2020 through a neo-vernacular architectural approach. Providing facilities to art groups and MSMEs will enhance the economy and increase tourist exposure in Prambanan Village.
