Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED SALES RECORDING INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: UD. Khasanah Kroya) Alva Favian Ahnaf Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl.Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email: [email protected] ABSTRACT UD Khasanah Kroya is a trading business in the field of stationery and printing located at Jalan Ahmad Yani no 07, Bajing Village, Kroya District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province. The process of processing sales, purchasing, and stock management data is still carried out using manual methods by recording in books or receipts, which has an impact on the slow data search process, stock imbalances, and errors in making reports. To overcome these problems, this study aims to develop and implement a web-based sales recording information system. The methods used in this study include data collection through observation and interviews, system design, implementation, and system testing. The results of this study are an information system that can facilitate product data input, transaction processes, and the creation of sales and receipt reports. This is evidenced by the results of program testing using the black box method with the results of the system running well and as expected. With this system, it is hoped that UD. Khasanah can improve work efficiency and the quality of decision making based on accurate data. Keywords: Information System, Sales Recording, Web, UD. Khasanah Kroya
