Abstract

ABSTRACT Improving effective and efficient health services is an important need in today's digital era. As a public health facility, Puskesmas need to implement technology in order to provide better services to their communities. One possible innovation is an online-based medical information system that allows patient and medical staff consultations to be carried out online. This internship aims to design an online clinical information system for medical services using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework. The TOGAF framework was chosen because of its ability to provide integrated and systematic architectural structure guidance so that the information system design process can run properly according to organizational needs. When implementing TOGAF, business and technology needs analysis and system architecture design were carried out, including business, data, application, and technology domains. As a result of implementing the TOGAF framework, an information system has been designed that allows Puskesmas to provide more convenient medical care through online consultations. This system aims to improve accessibility, speed up the consultation process, and provide a better experience for patients and medical staff. In addition, the TOGAF application is expected to support the integration of Puskesmas medical services with existing systems, thereby achieving efficiency and optimization of resources
