Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Gama Integra Informatika is a provider of information technology-based business solutions, including web and mobile application development, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT). One of the main challenges the company faces is its suboptimal daily and weekly work reporting system, which relies on static platforms like Google Sheets and lacks real-time integration. This results in delays in information access and difficulties in comprehensively monitoring employee progress. The objective of this research is to develop a web-based work reporting information system with integrated and real-time monitoring to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of employee performance reporting. The method used in system development is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows for rapid development and flexibility to adapt to changing needs. Test results indicate that the system successfully provides a real-time monitoring dashboard that facilitates Project Managers, Chief Operating Officers, and Directors in monitoring employee performance. The system also automates the processing of daily reports into weekly reports and provides a feature for uploading supporting documents within a single platform. The conclusion of this research indicates that the developed web-based reporting system can improve the effectiveness of employee performance monitoring and reduce the workload of superiors.
