Abstract
Abstract Moyudan Health Center located in Ngentak, Sumberagung, Moyudan, Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta, has a big responsibility in providing health services, including treatment, prevention, and health recovery. The high cases of anemia and stunting, especially among adolescents, are the main challenges. Based on Riskesdas data, the national prevalence of anemia reached 21.7%, while the prevalence of anemia in children under 14 years of age was 26.4%. Although compliance with iron supplement consumption increased from 77.60% to 92.60% after the intervention, many students still often forget to take the tablets regularly. This study implemented SIPAN (Anemia Prevention Information System), a website and mobile-based application to help Moyudan Health Center overcome anemia and stunting problems. Using the waterfall method, SIPAN was designed with key features, including medication reminders, healthy lifestyle guidelines, consultation schedules, and educational articles. This implementation aims to assist the Health Center in monitoring students who experience anemia, increasing their compliance in consuming iron tablets, and providing educational facilities to prevent anemia and stunting. The implementation results show that SIPAN can function as a practical solution to increase adolescent awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, help them remember their medication schedule, and make it easier for the Health Center to manage patient data. With features such as a medication list, snooze alarm, and centralized consultation data management, SIPAN supports more effective and efficient health services at the Moyudan Health Center.
