Abstract

ABSTRACT CV Sabun Pondok is a company engaged in the production and sale of soap in Yogyakarta. The company was founded by Mr. Mahuda Alhar Zuhri on July 23, 2020 with Business Identification Number (NIB) 0220202702835. The company is located at Jalan Tangkilan Dukuh, Tangkilan, Sidoarum, Kec. Godean, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta. CV Sabun Pondok has important divisions such as admin, production, warehouse, and shipping. One of the challenges currently faced by the company is the employee payroll process which is still done manually, which has the potential to cause errors and slow down the administrative process. This study aims to overcome this problem by implementing a web-based payroll information system. The methods used include user needs analysis, system design using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), database implementation with MySQL, and interface development using PHP. This solution is expected to increase efficiency in employee payroll management, speed up administrative processes, and reduce the risk of errors in salary calculations. With this system, CV Sabun Pondok can more easily and efficiently manage employee payroll information, which is an important step in supporting the growth and sustainability of the company.
