Abstract
ABSTRACT CV Namansa Bakti Citra is a manufacturer of Nana Baby Carrier brand baby carriers that faces obstacles in inventory management and production scheduling. This study develops a web-based inventory information system equipped with a decision support system. The Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method is used to estimate what products need to be produced based on outgoing product data, while the Earliest Due Date (EDD) method is used to prioritize production based on demand data and product stock for the next month. The system built is able to present stock information and production schedules in real time, provide warnings when stock is running low, and provide analytical reports that help decision making. The implementation results show that the system can improve accuracy and speed in the production process and inventory management.
