Abstract

ABSTRACT Sumber Tani Maju 2 Agricultural Store is a business engaged in the sale of agricultural products. Currently, all operational processes such as recording transactions, managing stock, and managing cash are still done manually using notebooks. This manual process causes various problems, such as inconsistencies in real-time stock data, delays in monitoring debts to suppliers, and slow customer service and report recapitulation processes. This final project aims to design and build an integrated web-based Point of Sale (POS) information system to automate business processes in the store. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the following stages: needs analysis through interviews and observations, system design using DFD and ERD, implementation with the Laravel and MySQL frameworks, and system testing using the black box testing method. The expected result is a functional system that is able to accelerate transactions, ensure the accuracy of stock and financial data in real-time, and provide automatic reports and notifications to support more effective decision-making and improve the operational efficiency of the Sumber Tani Maju 2 Agricultural Store.
