Abstract

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WEB-BASED MONTHLY PAYROLL INFORMATION SYSTEM AND EMPLOYEE PROJECT (Case Study: CV Prima Jaya Solution, Sleman, DIY) Fauzan Febry Agnanta, Umar Zaky Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email: [email protected], [email protected] ABSTRACT This research addresses the main problems of conventional employee payroll management, which are inefficient and inaccurate, at CV Prima Jaya Solution. The solution developed by the author is a web-based monthly payroll information system and employee project designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in employee payroll data management. This system aims to minimize calculation errors, provide accurate and timely payroll reports, and simplify employee data access and management, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the payroll process. System testing demonstrated a 100% success rate, indicating its functionality and reliability. In conclusion, the implemented web-based payroll system successfully addressed the identified problems, offering a more efficient, accurate, and transparent solution for payroll management at CV Prima Jaya Solution.
