Abstract

ABSTRAC PT Master Trans is a travel agency based in Klaten Regency, Central Java, known for its tourist transportation services using a large fleet of buses from Mercedes-Benz, Hino, and Scania. The agency serves various tourist destinations in Java, Bali, Lombok, and Sumatra. With the changing times and the need for digitized services, PT Master Trans faces challenges in streamlining the booking process, which has traditionally been done manually, either in person or via WhatsApp. In addition to regular tour packages, PT Master Trans also offers Open Trips, a combined travel program for participants from various backgrounds. Therefore, a web-based tour package and open trip booking information system was developed, allowing customers to view package details, rates, and facilities, and make reservations online. The system was designed using the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and an interface designed with Figma. In addition to simplifying customer experience, the system also provides reporting features that support administrators and owners in managing booking data and travel schedules more efficiently and accurately. This system is expected to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and enhance customer satisfaction. Keywords: Booking Information System, PT Master Trans, Tour Packages, Opentrip.
