Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI TERINTEGRASI UNTUK MANAJEMEN PERSEDIAAN DAN DIGITAL MONITORING STOK TANAMAN (Studi Kasus: Kelompok Tani Javaglonema) Angga Adisambur Sianturi, Farida Ardiani Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email:[email protected],[email protected] ABSTRACT The Javaglonema Milenial Farmer Group in Sleman still uses manual methods to manage the inventory of aglaonema ornamental plants. This condition results in delayed information, data inaccuracy, and recording errors. This study aims to implement an integrated information system to support digital and real-time stock recording and monitoring. The system is designed to record plants that are ready for sale as well as those still in the cultivation process, and to generate periodic reports. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) incremental model, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation phases. The implementation results show improved efficiency in the recording process, better coordination among members, assistants, and coordinators, and centralized access to accurate stock data. This system can serve as an initial model for applying information technology in group-based agricultural management. Keywords : System, Inventory Management, SDLC, Farmer Group.
