Abstract

ABSTRACT CV Duta Cipta Prestasi faces challenges in inventory management and supplier selection during raw material procurement. This is due to manual, decentralized inventory recording, and frequent errors. The objective of this research is to develop a web-based inventory management information system for packaging box printing using the weighted product method. The system was developed using the waterfall method, the PHP programming language with the Laravel 10 framework, and a MySQL database. The system's main features are inventory management, notifications or warnings for 15% remaining raw material stock, and a decision support system using the weighted product method. The results show that the system successfully manages inventory management data in real time and minimizes typing errors. The implementation of the weighted product method also proved effective in providing supplier selection recommendations. CV Duta Cipta Prestasi has determined four criteria for determining supplier selection: price, quality, stock availability, and delivery time. The results of the weighted product method calculation indicate that CV Nagasaki (A6) is selected as the best alternative with a final score of 0.1078.
