Abstract

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI POINT OF SALES (POS) UNTUK RESELLER BERBASIS WEB (Studi Kasus: Warrior Footwear) Dian Saputra, Dodi Hariadi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email: [email protected], [email protected] ABSTRACT Warrior Footwear is a sneaker sales business located in Wirogunan, Mergangsan, Yogyakarta with a focus on selling local brand shoes through a reseller network. The problems faced include the conventional reseller registration process and the transaction process via WhatsApp which causes miscommunication, delayed responses, and difficulty accessing shipping cost information. The negative impacts of this problem are reseller dissatisfaction, decreased sales, and poor relationships with resellers. This study aims to design and implement a computerized Point of Sales (POS) system that can accommodate the reseller registration process, facilitate transactions, and make the POS system a centralized sales system. The research methodology includes data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies; needs analysis with business process identification; system design using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. implementation using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database, and testing using the black box testing method. The results of the study show that a web-based POS system can provide solutions with online registration features, product management, centralized transactions, and integration of API Payment Gateway and RajaOngkir. The system can differentiate between reseller and regular customer prices, supporting online and offline sales. Keywords: Point of Sales, Reseller, Laravel, Payment Gateway, Information System
