Abstract
Creative learning media refers to instructional tools developed by educators tailored to specific subjects, themes, or sub-themes, ensuring alignment with both content and student needs. Interactive learning media fosters student-centered learning by encouraging learners to engage independently. Therefore, the integration of technology is essential to create effective instructional media. Virtual technologies offer accurate representations of real-world objects for educational purposes. Augmented Reality (AR) is one such technology, blending digital data into the real world and presenting it in real time. AR employs physical markers to display 3D models, videos, audio, text, visuals, and virtual tools or experiment materials within a learning context. As 3D objects, text, images, videos, and sounds can be delivered in real time, AR-based learning media using marker-based tracking significantly enhances students’ comprehension. This research adopts a quantitative approach supported by literature studies and applies the DDD-E (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate) development model. The design phase utilizes structured modelling through Unified Modelling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, navigation structures, and storyboards. The application is built using Unity 3D and Vuforia SDK. The final result is an application named Pustaka Nusantara, which displays 3D educational content, supporting creative media development and enabling an interactive learning system. Keywords: Augmented Reality, marker-based tracking, quantitative, DDD-E, UML, Unity 3D, Vuforia, creative learning media, interactive learning system.
