Abstract

ABSTRACT CV Rinjani Karya Konstruksi faces challenges in managing its billing process, which still uses Excel spreadsheets. This manual process is time-consuming and labor-intensive and prone to errors, which can lead to claim delays and lost revenue. The purpose of this research is to develop an integrated website-based billing information system to automate the billing process, send invoices electronically, track payments, and generate comprehensive financial reports. This research is expected to improve operational efficiency, accelerate the payment process, minimize billing errors, and enhance customer satisfaction. This problem was resolved by analyzing the existing system, determining the requirements of the proposed system, and designing a process model, data model, and physical database design. This system was implemented using MySQL as the database and developing an intuitive user interface. The results of this research indicate that a website-based billing information system can improve billing process efficiency and accuracy, helping the company increase revenue and reduce the risk of lost revenue.
