Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) Muhammadiyah Bligo is a vocational education institution that faces challenges in managing academic information due to its reliance on manual processes and fragmented communication across different platforms. This inefficiency leads to delays, inconsistent information delivery, and poor data integration between teachers and students. To address these issues, this research involves the design and development of a web and mobile-based academic connector application aimed at integrating the academic needs of both teachers and students into a unified system. The system development process follows a structured approach, including requirements analysis, logical and physical system design, application implementation, and testing using the black box method. The outcome is a responsive academic information system that is user-friendly and accessible on both web and mobile platforms. The application is expected to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of academic data management at SMK Muhammadiyah Bligo.
