Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced various sectors, including public health services, where data-driven systems are increasingly essential. In rural areas like Karangtengah Village, Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency, child health monitoring, particularly for toddlers, still relies heavily on manual record-keeping at local health posts (Posyandu), making the process prone to data loss and inaccuracies. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based health data collection application to support the monitoring of toddler health. Using the prototyping method, the system is iteratively refined based on user feedback to ensure it meets community health workers' and administrators' needs. Key features include toddler health profiles, immunization tracking, nutrition status input, health visit records, and growth monitoring dashboards. The application ensures real-time data access, accuracy, and improved coordination among healthcare providers. Testing results confirm that all core functionalities operate as intended and fulfil user requirements. The implementation of this application is expected to enhance the quality and efficiency of early childhood healthcare services, support digital transformation at the community level, and strengthen preventative health efforts in rural Indonesia. Keywords: Posyandu, Toddler, Health Application, Digital Data Collection
