Abstract
In business operations, accurate income and expense reports are essential for monitoring daily profits and losses. These financial records serve as a basis for generating high-quality business reports and strategic insights. Hanachicks, a culinary enterprise, requires daily financial reports to track its sales performance. However, the business currently relies on Microsoft Excel to manage income, expenses, and inventory, which often leads to discrepancies in reporting due to manual data entry errors. Additionally, Hanachicks uses WhatsApp for online orders, a method prone to delayed responses and frequent order cancellations due to the absence of a dedicated ordering system. Addressing these challenges, this research develops a web and mobile-based system for inventory management and menu ordering. The web application is designed for staff to manage inventory and stock, while the mobile application enables customers to place orders efficiently. The system manages employee data, customer data, menu items, transactions, stock levels, and inventory records. The resulting system significantly improves operational efficiency and enhances customer service at Hanachicks by streamlining both backend inventory management and frontend ordering processes.
