Abstract

This study aims to design and test an event management application that enables event organizers to operate more efficiently and effectively. The application is developed to streamline various tasks, including planning, coordination, and post-event evaluation. The research methodology involves user needs analysis, system design, application development, and functionality testing. The application allows users to manage schedules, generate event reports, and analyze event data. Testing was conducted with several event organizers to evaluate performance in real-world scenarios. Results indicate that the application significantly improves time efficiency and reduces errors in event management. The application provides various benefits: for administrators, it simplifies data management and facilitates event approval for organizers; for event organizers, it enhances team coordination, improves resource allocation, and supports overall event management; and for attendees, it offers up-to-date event information and simplifies the ticket purchasing process, thereby enhancing the overall event experience.
