Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has spurred innovation in the culinary sector, particularly through mobile-based food ordering systems. Previously, Keysha Ayam Geprek relied on a manual system prone to errors and service delays. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based online food ordering system to improve ordering efficiency and accuracy. The development method employed is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which emphasizes quick development cycles and active user involvement. The system comprises a mobile application for customers and a web-based dashboard for administrators. Key features include registration, login, food ordering, and online payment for users, while the admin dashboard facilitates order and user data management. Black-box testing results confirmed that all system functionalities operated as intended. This system offers an effective solution to support the business processes of Keysha Ayam Geprek.
