Abstract
The culinary business in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, as evidenced by the increasing number of restaurants and cafes. Ojo Lali Satay Stall, located in Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency, faces challenges in its ordering system due to the absence of digital tools to support transaction processes. This study aims to develop a food and beverage ordering system based on web and Android platforms to improve service efficiency and customer accessibility. The system was developed using the waterfall methodology, covering the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with the business owner, supplemented by secondary sources such as journals and scholarly literature. Testing results show that the system successfully performs all core functions—including login, registration, ordering, product search, transaction reporting, and cart management—with a 100% success rate. The system allows customers to place orders online without having to visit the location, while also assisting managers in efficiently recording and handling transactions. The application has been proven to operate effectively and is deemed suitable as a digital solution for the operational needs of Ojo Lali Satay Stall.
