Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web and android-based online registration and digital medical record system to enhance the operational efficiency of clinics. The system employs REST API technology to facilitate secure and efficient communication between the registration application and the clinic’s database. The backend development utilizes the Laravel framework, while the Android mobile application is built using Kotlin. The research follows a waterfall methodology, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results indicate that the developed system significantly accelerates patient queue management, minimizes administrative errors, and improves the overall quality of healthcare services. Additionally, the implementation enables patients to register and access their medical information more conveniently and securely, thereby making a meaningful contribution to the digital transformation of healthcare services.
