Abstract
Healthcare services inherently require direct interaction with numerous individuals, and community health posts (Posyandu) are among the most frequently visited facilities. However, traditional queuing systems at Posyandu often lead to prolonged wait times and inefficient service delivery. This study aims to design and develop an integrated online queuing system accessible via both web and mobile platforms to enhance the efficiency of healthcare service registration. The system adopts the First In, First Out (FIFO) strategy to streamline the service flow. Developed using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Flutter framework, the system provides a user-friendly interface that enables patients to queue virtually, thereby reducing physical crowding and wait times. A prototyping methodology was employed to iteratively refine system requirements based on user feedback. The findings indicate that the implementation of this queuing system significantly improves service organization and operational efficiency at Posyandu ABC, ultimately enhancing the overall patient experience.
