Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an efficient and integrated academic and attendance monitoring system for State Senior High School 1 Krangkeng using the prototyping method. The system addresses ongoing issues in student monitoring, which has traditionally been conducted manually. The prototyping method was selected to enable continuous feedback between developers and school stakeholders, ensuring the system aligns closely with user needs. The user interface (UI) was carefully designed to ensure accessibility and ease of use for teachers, students, and parents alike. The system is developed as a web and mobile application using a combination of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dart, and Flutter. The result is a functional academic and attendance monitoring system that simplifies data management, reduces human error, and enhances communication between the school and parents regarding student progress.
