Abstract
This study addresses the operational challenges faced by seafood culinary businesses, specifically Warung Kampung Babakan, which has yet to fully leverage digital technology. The restaurant still relies on manual cashier systems, calculations are done with a calculator, and orders are recorded on paper, leading to inefficient transaction processing. This manual approach often results in miscalculations and inaccurate financial reports, making it difficult to determine profits and losses in monthly summaries. The objective of this research is to improve transaction efficiency and generate more accurate and timely sales reports. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, which includes phases such as project planning, system design, implementation, and testing through the black-box method. The results of system testing indicate a significant improvement in operational efficiency, simplifying order and transaction management for cashiers, and producing accurate, real-time financial reports.
