Abstract
In the digital era, the rapid advancement of technology is reshaping the culinary business landscape. Kartika Lounge Café & Resto, strategically located along the route to Yogyakarta International Airport, faces operational challenges due to its manual order management system, leading to delays and human errors. To address these issues, this study developed Kartika Feast, an Android-based reservation application equipped with a user-friendly interface, order history tracking, and notification features. The application is directly integrated with the restaurant’s management system, enabling real-time synchronization of orders with both the kitchen and table allocation. The solution is designed to enhance operational efficiency, minimize manual errors, and improve the overall customer experience. System testing using the black-box method demonstrated a 100% success rate in functionality, validating the application’s effectiveness in supporting digital transformation in restaurant operations.
