Abstract
Stunting and nutritional deficiencies in toddlers remain critical public health challenges, particularly in the region served by the Purwadadi Community Health Center. Traditionally, nutritional monitoring has been conducted manually, often resulting in inaccurate and delayed data processing. This study aims to develop a web mobile–based application to support healthcare professionals in recording and monitoring anthropometric and nutritional status data of toddlers in real time. The application was developed using the Waterfall methodology, with Jetpack Compose for the mobile interface, Django for the backend, and PostgreSQL as the database. Black-box testing confirmed that all features performed as expected, achieving a 100% success rate. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the accuracy and efficiency of nutritional interventions and support healthcare personnel in making faster and more informed decisions regarding toddler health.
