Abstract

Psychological consultation services are often difficult to access due to constraints such as time, distance, and social stigma. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based psychological consultation system that enables real-time digital interaction between clients and licensed psychologists. The application was architected using a microservices framework to ensure modularity, scalability, and system maintainability. Functional validation was conducted through black-box testing to evaluate the system’s performance across user roles—client, psychologist, and administrator. The implementation results demonstrated that all core features, including user registration, session scheduling, and text-based consultation, operated successfully and aligned with predefined system specifications. The findings indicate that the application meets the functional requirements as an effective online psychological consultation platform, thereby enhancing accessibility and the overall efficiency of mental health service delivery in the community.
