Abstract

Financial transparency is essential for sound governance and regulatory compliance, as it fosters trust by ensuring that all transactions are verifiable and authorized, thus reducing the risk of fraud. Currently, the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) at the University of Technology Yogyakarta relies on Google Forms for handling payments, which has proven inefficient and prone to errors. This study proposes the development of an integrated payment system utilizing the Tripay payment gateway. The system offers features such as automatic transaction verification, real-time financial reporting, and improved account management. Results from the implementation indicate that the system significantly enhances transparency, expedites the payment process, and minimizes fraud by ensuring that all transactions are valid and automatically verified.
